A Note from The CEO
At a very young age, I became passionate about education and had a very strong desire to achieve high grades and be at the top of my class. After my graduation from the university, I built a successful optometry practice and had various opportunities to attend Optometry conferences in different countries. I then developed an interest in diversity and the need to study abroad came into my mind. With that in my mind, I made a resolution to put my daughter through an international curriculum while in Nigeria and sent her off to Canada to complete high school at the age of 16. Traveling several times to visit her in school and meeting with several other International students, my various interactions with them gave me insight into different problems they had to cope with as young students in faraway countries, away from family and friends. With the strong desire to be a part of the students’ successes, I became a mother to different kids each time I went visiting. When the opportunity came for me to become an educational consultant I welcomed it with open arms.
Maczey Concept Education was borne out of my desire to offer unalloyed support to International students from the application process to welcoming them to their study destinations, as well as following –up on their progress. Founded in 2017, Maczey Concept Education has now become an excellent bridge between International institutions and our students in the West African sub-region, offering support from career choice, and university destinations and providing a tailor-made roadmap to suit each student’s needs. We have also developed a working strategy to assist high flyers to attain university entry scholarships and be rewarded for their hard work. We have developed a wide range of partnerships with Colleges and Universities from around the globe making it easy for our students to be accepted into different universities even the very competitive schools. So far we have made remarkable success in college and university placements. Our highly experienced counselors work with compassion making themselves easily accessible and offering excellent service to our students.
